Olga is a woman of many talents, receiving a degree in international economics, we almost missed out on her genius if it weren’t for a lecturer who sent out invitations to apply for positions at a tech company. She applied and the rest, as they say, is history. At WeAreBrain, Olga runs a dual role of project manager and scrum master and she’s pretty great at both.

When asked what she likes the most about working at WeAreBrain she explains “I love working with a team of such great professionals, the ideas are never-ending and we really work on products that help people solve the challenges in their lives — and of course, the general office atmosphere is really great. I think it’s how you know people love what they’re doing.”

This is lady is not just a paragon at work, she’s also a heavy-lifter out of the office too. In her downtime, you’ll see her doing CrossFit training or weightlifting. Just knowing what it takes to keep up with a CrossFit schedule, (every minute on the minute anyone?), gives us an indication that Olga is as dedicated an individual on her off day as when she’s in the office. It’s also not that surprising to hear then that the one ability she wishes she had was to be able to walk on her hands proficiently.

Olga is an urban adventurer, liking nothing more than exploring her own city of Kiev, “There’s always something interesting to see. I like to take time as often as possible to just walking around the city.” When asked what other things she couldn’t possibly live without Olga says “ Music and dogs — dogs are just too cute :-)”.

You don’t often meet people who are able to say they crossed the top item off their bucket list, but now you have. For the longest time Olga wanted to see the ocean and last fall she journeyed to Portugal and made that dream a reality. Now she’s looking to find another top of the bucket list item and she’s leaning towards learning to surf. We are sure, without a doubt, that Olga can do anything she puts her mind to.
