Meet Christina, our new Business Assistant whiz

We are very happy to welcome Christina, our new Business Assistant, who joins our ace team in Ukraine lit with creative nuts and boundary-pushers. Christina will devote much of her time and focus on supporting and bolstering our business and ensuring it continues to run smoothly and systematically. In order to constantly reach and surpass targets and objectives, a business must constantly improve and adapt to remain relevant and ahead of the curve. And with Christina’s experience behind her we are sure that our success in this regard will continue to flourish.

Christina holds an MBA from Ukrainian-American Concordia University which she followed up with over a decade of experience working with international corporates spanning a litany of various industries. Christina really likes what she does. “I really enjoy studying various business processes and, where it is possible, finding the most optimal solutions which result in improving operational efficiency. What I love most about any work I do is to see the result and positive impact it is making.”

At WeAreBrain we have a knack of finding the right people who share our common ideas and goals. It is, after all, the glue that binds us. Despite us coming from different places, assigning to ourselves different cultures and beliefs, the common thread is that we are all on the same page — the will to create, innovate and release products which have a meaningful impact on people. “I love the international environment and the amazing projects that WeAreBrain creates — great products and incredible solutions. I really like that I am surrounded by such a variety of unique and talented people” says Christina.

Christina’s worldly ways are born out of her passion for travelling and she lists moving to China at the age of 18, and living and working there for 8 years as one of the most exciting experiences of her life. “China is a very dynamic and rapidly developing environment,” she says.

If you are under the impression that Christina is all and only about business-centric matters then you clearly haven’t read previous WeAreBrain employee profiles. Because if you have, you will know that we are very good at hiring people who are not only excellent at their job but also have very interesting hobbies and ways in which to spend their free time. Christina is yet another example of our multi-talented workforce. “I love to browse various sites and resources dealing with interior and graphic design. I am also fond of creating impressive design presentations. Oh, and I am also an ex-professional synchronised swimmer, and still regularly attend the gym to stay fit and sometimes train myself in the pool.”

But Christina’s swimming and movement in the water isn’t the only thing that is synchronised — her ideas and actions are too. When asked who she would be for a day if given the option to be someone else, she replied “Do we really need to be someone else in order to realise that we can be anyone we dare to dream about? I believe that everyone is the sculptor of their present and future, and what is needed is to just start, one step at a time, day by day.”

On that very profound note we want to welcome Christina to the team. We are looking forward to seeing how she makes her presence felt in the business and we can’t wait to see what that will look like.
