Meet Anastasiia, bringing the human back in HR
It’s no secret that the ace up our business’s sleeve is our team of incredibly talented Brainiacs. Each dedicated member of our motley crew plays a significant role in our collective success. After all, we’re still continuously challenging the status quo after almost a decade in business due to one important element – our people.
So, when it comes to managing our precious assortment of creatives and innovators it takes something special. This is where Anastasiia enters the fold perfectly. Anastasiia is our dynamic and fantastic HR Business Partner tasked with ensuring our Brianiacs are well taken care of and that our team functions to its strengths.
Anastasiia’s Master’s Degree in Economics has equipped her with a unique way to view the world through multiple perspectives. She firmly believes in the importance of continually investing time in education to keep up with the rapidly changing business world. Recently, she completed a course in Project Management, which she found incredibly valuable and essential for people management, industry specifics, and her day-to-day work at WeAreBrain.
“I am full of energy and eager to take on new challenges. I always try to find creative solutions. I am dedicated to connecting with people, identifying our shared objectives and values, and inspiring motivation to enhance productivity” she says.

Among her interests, psychology and negotiation techniques take centre stage. She is fond of travelling, is really into cats, and is a paperback book addict. “I am also passionate about TED Talks and always find inspiration there. Recently, I read a book called Talk Like TED which describes 9 secrets of public speaking.”
Anastasiia believes in the power of empathy and compassion. To her, each person is the whole world. She is happiest when she can connect her life to people and support them. This is how she derives value and meaning in her work.
“I believe in the power of kindness. If each person performs one small act of kindness daily, we can make a significant difference. I am happy to surround myself with people who have similar values and beliefs. It all starts with ourselves, so let’s try to focus on good deeds.”
