Meet Anastasiia – Our terrific talent finder

Our colourful crew of Brainiacs forms the heart and soul of our business, transforming us from a 2014 pipedream into a contemporary collective of remarkable humans doing amazing work. An integral aspect of what makes us unique is our approach to talent acquisition, and this is where Anastasiia spectacularly enters the fold.
Anastasiia is our Talent Acquisition Officer, responsible for shaping our Brainiac crew into what it is today – a cohesive unit of like-minded creatives focused on leaving the world better than we found it. She has a great talent for finding the right fit for our team, always searching for what makes candidates different that can enhance the performance of our team.
Another important aspect of Anastasiia’s work is her role in WeAreBrain’s employer branding initiatives. Our commitment to a people-focused, supportive, and flexible environment is what our Brainiacs love most about being part of our community, exemplified by our recent Great Place To Work certification.
Anastasiia’s education at a Pedagogical university developed her empathic and compassionate approach to her colleagues. In an HR role, these qualities are important for understanding employee concerns, providing support during difficult times, and creating a positive workplace culture. This knowledge helps her build open relationships with candidates and understand their career goals and aspirations, leading to more informed and empathetic interactions during the recruitment process.

As a recruiter, I always enjoy assisting candidates to make informed decisions about job changes, career paths, and skill development. It’s satisfying to be able to create win-win situations for both the company and the employee.”
In her spare time, Anastasiia enjoys hobbies related to physical activities, including winter sports, gym, and training with the TRX system. She recently has taken up dance classes again after a 12-year break.
She lives by the motto “Be yourself and always find a reason to laugh” as a reminder to be genuine and authentic while always seeking the lightness and joy in life. It shapes her interactions with others and her overall approach to both personal and professional endeavours.
Her goals for the future are to see the Northern Lights in Iceland, visit Norway, and learn a complicated cooking recipe to prepare for her friends because she admits she’s not good at cooking. We’re looking forward to your dinner invite, Anastasiia!
