Meet Artem, our QA guru of the highest quality
“I’d like to make the world a little better” says Artem. And that pretty much sums up what kind of a person he is. Artem is our Quality Assurance guru and is responsible for ensuring that our team consistently delivers the highest quality, most functional and innovative products to our clients. And because we are constantly on the cusp of cutting edge and progressive tech product development, Artem is kept very busy.
He recently received his Masters degree from Donbass State Engineering Academy where he excelled in all things IT related. Due to his vast background, Artem will soon move to a new position of php/js developer focussing primarily in Drupal and WordPress. “I like to automate routine things, learn new technologies and incorporate them into my work and also integrate into the work of the company” he says.
So what does he enjoy about being apart of our quirky and robust team of tech misfits at WeAreBrain? “I really like the friendly and creative atmosphere in the company. I like the methods and principles with which the team approaches the organization of the work process and the creation of projects. I love that the members of our dynamic team are happy to communicate and share their experiences with me” he says. Aw, we like having you in the team too, Artem!
When you meet Artem you are very quickly able to learn that he is passionate about not only his work, but also by life itself. He is highly inquisitive and that is what keeps him striving to quench his thirst for more knowledge. He likes to study history of people, occurrences, time periods and places. He feels that in order to know where you are going, you have to understand in detail where you have been. If he could go back in time to witness a historical event, guess how far back Artem would want to travel back to? 65 million years! “I would like to see the dinosaurs. I’m deeply fascinated by them” he says.
Of course, his curiosity doesn’t end with learning more about history, he also enjoys devoting time to keeping up to date with the latest developments and trends in the tech world. “I’m very interested in new technologies in hardware and software” he says.
Artem has a deep passion for volleyball and devotes much of his spare time on the court. He won’t commit to saying that he is a volleyball prodigy but we have it on good authority that he is most definitely the best volleyball player in the office. When asked if his passion was inspired by the famous volleyball scene in the classic film Top Gun he replied “No comment”.
Artem also loves to travel and experience new places “…especially on a bike”. The whole team at WeAreBrain are always impressed with the calibre of work Artem consistently serves up and we look forward to seeing how he will impact future projects. Keep it up, Artem!
