Artificial Intelligence is a technology that can be intimidating. Historically and culturally it’s been given a bad rap outside of scientific communities. To date, applications of AI are being used across almost all industries and many business leaders have yet to get to grips with its capabilities. As a proponent of AI and its plethora of enterprise and business solutions, we have all too often presented ideas to clients that rely on the implementation of an AI strategy, only to be confronted with resistance. Over time we began to realise that this was not due to the technology itself but rather to the incorrect belief that AI and its applications were and are beyond comprehension. This is when we began to write this book.

We share use cases of AI and automation for both internal processes and B2C interactions. We provide you with templates that will help determine what kind of processes you could consider automating, how to plan for the switch-over and who you should include in the process. One of the key reasons AI implementation fails is because you don’t have the buy-in and the understanding of key stakeholders from the get-go.
