About Wearebrain

The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. S/he will collaborate in the strategic planning, creative execution and day-to-day administration of social media activities, as well as be involved in a wide range of digital marketing initiatives.

• Plan and implement a content calendar;
• Administrate the creation of relevant, original, high-quality content (copy, images, videos, etc) that drives traffic and increases conversion rates. Liaise internally to seek support when necessary;
• Use the relevant online tools to publish content;
• Monitor, measure and produce reports;
• Support the team in a wide range of projects ranging from website creation, to digital product launches, content distribution, etc.;
• Liaise with internal departments to stay updated on new product developments.
• Stay current on industry best practice and monitor activities of competitors.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing. In addition, the candidate will possess:

• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Good verbal communication skills;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Hands on experience with content and social media management;
• SEO knowledge;
• Familiarity with reporting tools and the ability to extract insights from data;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team;
• An enthusiastic nature and an entrepreneurial soul;
• A sensitivity to and an affinity for diverse cultures;

• A plus: the ability to operate a video camera and to edit;
• A plus: SEA and social advertising experience.
