EHL – Europe’s leading hospitality education provider – required assistance creating a talent-matching and learning platform that connects people to a wide range of short-term job opportunities in hospitality. The client wanted to provide individuals and teams with training and learning modules developed and certified by EHL to acquire new skills. Additionally, they needed to give businesses the chance to fast-track recruitment and find the right people, as well as upskill their existing teams with the learning modules.
Our team worked on innovative ways to create a learning ecosystem that combined educational solutions and assessments with talent-matching services. We created an innovative “intelligent matching” system that combined a talent marketplace and lifelong learning modules. The platform was designed to empower people and data through blended training focussed on hard and soft skills and innovative tools for HR and business management to connect talent with employers.
Our team began the definition and design phase in June 2021 and released the first version of the platform at the beginning of June 2022. We continued to extend the service offering through 2022 with a series of new releases throughout the second half of the year.
We worked on the design, development and launch of a new Lobster Ink website and online marketing of the Lobster Ink platform, globally.
