B2B 360° e-commerce platform development
The challenge
itsme® is a digital identity mobile application that can safely be used across various online platforms for multiple purposes, including transaction confirmations and digital document signing. The Belgian company needed a new B2B platform to help digitise the sales process and improve overall business performance.
Our solution
WeAreBrain collaborated with Acorel to create a fully functional and sophisticated new B2B platform for itsme® that digitised the entire sales process. As an official SAP Commerce consultancy and implementation partner, we implemented the powerful SAP Commerce Cloud platform from scratch.
SAP Commerce proved to be the best fit for the client’s objectives. Integration with their existing SAP products (including ERP, CRM, Commerce, and marketing solutions) created a complete 360° digital transformation for the company. Now, all these vital integrations come from one reputable vendor, SAP, achieving a much higher level of business automation and driving sales.
For price and stock implementation we used Stibo.
Results
The new B2B platform closed the business performance loop when it was fully integrated with other digitised solutions. The platform drastically uplifted the user experience with both customers and suppliers. Overall, our cloud-based infrastructure solution delivers stable, secure, and scalable performance and improved business processes.
